Patricia Roberts
Pat is President and Chief Executive Officer for Genesis Management and Insurance Services Corporation. She joined General Reinsurance in 1977 and transferred to its subsidiary company, General Star Management a year later. Pat was named President and Chief Executive Officer of General Star’s excess and surplus lines operations in 2001. In 2004, she became President and Chief Executive Officer of Genesis Underwriting Management Company. Pat is a graduate of George Mason University and has achieved her CPCU designation.

Robert M. Jones
Bob is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Genesis Management and Insurance Services Corporation. He began his career at General Reinsurance in 1987 as a property facultative underwriter before joining Genesis in 1993 as the Midwest Regional Property Manager. In 1999, Bob led the Public Entity initiative, working extensively with governmental entities, educational entities, pools, trusts, and captives to create a dedicated division for the public sector. He was promoted to Public Entity Division Manager in 2005 and Chief Operating Officer in 2008. Bob holds a B.B.A from the University of Iowa and has obtained the Associate in Risk Management designation.

Victoria Seeger
Vickie is Senior Vice President and Chief Underwriting Officer of Genesis Management and Insurance Services Corporation. Vickie has oversight of Corporate Underwriting Services, Claims and Administration. Vickie was previously employed by General Reinsurance Corporation holding various underwriting and marketing related positions. Vickie holds an M.B.A. degree from The University of St. Thomas and a B.A. degree from Luther College.

Joe Majsak
Joe is Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Genesis Management and Insurance Services Corporation. He manages the Marketing Services Division which focuses on marketing support, customer communications and product development. Joe joined General Star in 1985 in the Claims Department. In 1990, he transferred to the Excess Underwriting Division and was the Casualty Division Manager until assuming his current role. Prior to joining General Star, Joe was a claims adjuster/supervisor with Liberty Mutual. Joe is a graduate of Bates College and has obtained his CPCU, ARM and ASLI designations.

Jill Eaton
Jill is Vice President and Western Regional Manager for Genesis Management and Insurance Services Corporation. She joined the Underwriting Department in 1991, and has been actively involved in shaping Genesis direction on governmental and educational risks since the Public Entity initiative was established in 2000. Prior to her current appointment, she was the Branch Manager for the San Francisco office. Jill holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Golden Gate University, and received her undergraduate degree in Business from The George Washington University. Jill has obtained her ARM designation. |

Kevin Williams
Kevin is Vice President and Midwestern Regional Manager for Genesis Management and Insurance Services Corporation. He joined the Underwriting Department in 1989. Kevin is also the branch manager for the Chicago office. He holds a Masters degree from Drake University, and received a B.S. degree from Iowa State University. Kevin has obtained his CPCU designation. |

James Dart
Jim is Vice President and Eastern Regional Manager for Genesis Management and Insurance Services Corporation. He began his underwriting career at General Reinsurance in 1986 in the Broker Markets Unit which was the precursor to Genesis. Over the years, Jim has held a variety of underwriting, marketing and management positions within Genesis. Prior to his current position he was the Branch Manager of Genesis' Stamford office. Jim is a graduate of Sacred Heart University. |

John Fumo
John is Vice President and the Atlanta Branch Manager for Genesis Management and Insurance Services Corporation. He joined the General Re Group in 1985, working with General Star Management Company for 18 year before transferring to Genesis in 2003. John holds a B.A. from New York University and has obtained his CPCU and ARe designations. |

Martin Hacala
Marty is Vice President and Manager of the Genesis Management and Insurance Services Corporation’s Claims Department. Marty joined Genesis Professional Liability Managers in 1997, a division of the Genesis Management and Insurance Services Corporation. In 2006, he became manager of the D&O and EPL claims department. Before joining Genesis, Marty was a partner in the Washington, D.C. law firm of Ross, Dixon & Masback, where his practice centered on representing insurers as monitoring and litigation counsel in a variety of coverage disputes. Prior to that, Marty served as a Trial Attorney in the Civil Rights Division of the United States Department of Justice. He was appointed to that position through the Attorney General's Honors Program. Marty received his A.B. and J.D. degrees with honors from St. Louis University. |
